Order terms

In order to shop at Klockeriet, you must be 18 years of age or have a guardian's approval before placing an order. Orders that are made in the name of another person without their consent or that otherwise result in the Klockeriet suffering financial damage, will be reported to the police.

Applicability

The conditions of Klockeriet are applicable where Swedish law applies or other applicable law does not prescribe conditions that conflict with these. For private consumers, the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act apply, which also include protection for the Klockeriet. Typos on the website

Should there be typos on the website, Klockeriet reserves the right to change all information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications and product offers, without prior notification. In the event of any problems such as an item for sale having expired, Klockeriet has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amounts paid in the best way possible. The watchmaker must then also notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent
sale item is available.

Force majeure

Event such as war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, authority's decision, non-delivery from subcontractors, cost-increasing circumstances as well as a comparable event outside of Klockeriet's control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that Klockeriet is released from its obligations to fulfill agreements.
