Ja, vi har en egen verkstad där vi kan utföra olika tjänster, inklusive service, reparationer och batteribyten på dina klockor.

Klockeriet.se is an authorized dealer for all brands in the store. This means that you always get a manufacturer's warranty on your watch. It varies from 1 to 10 years depending on the brand and model.

In-stock items are usually delivered within 1-3 days.

If the product is not in stock, an expected delivery time is indicated on the respective product.

(Note, estimated delivery time may change depending on whether the supplier has the item in stock or not)

Your order is sent trackably with Postnord. You will receive a tracking number so that you can follow your order until it is delivered to your agent.

Of course, we help you with free link carding when buying a watch from us. Measure your wrist and attach the measurement in the message box at checkout and we'll arrange it. Leftover links are then sent along with your watch.

Please note that open purchase does not apply to watches where links have been adjusted.

You always have 60 days of open purchase given that the product is still sealed and unused.

Open purchase does not apply to watches whose links have been adjusted/shortened or where the leather strap shows signs of use. It is therefore very important that care is taken when trying on a watch with a leather strap.
