Returns

When you shop at Klockeriet.se, you always have 60 days to purchase your order. In order for open purchase to apply, the seal must remain on the product and it must be unused and in new condition. This also applies to the box, the watch box and any accessories.

If you wish to change your product to another, it is made easier by placing a new order for the product you want. Then email us at info@klockeriet.se and we will help you with the return of your previous order.

Refund

Once we have received and confirmed your return, your order will be refunded.

If you have selected selected invoice or partial payment via Klarna, the invoice will be removed. If you have already paid the invoice, you will receive an email from Klarna with a form to be filled in, where you can indicate to which account the return should be made.
